Assisted stretching is a one-on-one experience guided by a certified stretch practitioner. Unlike stretching on your own, we use specialized techniques, our propriety strapping system, and positioning to safely improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery.
Not at all! Many of our clients start with limited mobility. Assisted stretching is designed for all levels—whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or just looking to move more comfortably.
Our stretches are gentle, controlled, and customized for your body. You’ll feel a comfortable release, never pain. Safety and results are our top priorities.
Your complimentary demo lasts about an hour. Regular sessions are 30 minutes, with options to upgrade for extended time.
Comfortable, athletic-style clothing is best—think t-shirt and shorts, or light workout gear, and a pair of socks! No need to bring equipment; we provide everything else.
No. Massage targets muscles with pressure, and physical therapy is for medical rehabilitation. Assisted stretching is focused on improving flexibility, recovery, and performance for everyday life.
Most people feel looser and more mobile after their very first stretch. For lasting results, we recommend coming 2–3 times per week depending on your goals.
Yes! Many of our clients are tennis, golf, and fitness enthusiasts who want to improve range of motion, prevent injuries, and recover faster.
We offer flexible membership options with sessions as low as $40 per session, depending on frequency. Single sessions are available, but memberships provide the best value.
While we don’t take insurance, we do accept HSA and FSA for payment. And in some cases, clients have had success filing with insurance on their own. We’re happy provide you with the invoices/receipts you need, if you’d like to pursue that option.
